Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services. Identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions. Follow up on leads and maintain an accurate customer database. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve objections effectively. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into actual sales. Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer feedback for reporting purposes. Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Minimum SPM/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field. Previous telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage. Strong communication and persuasive skills. Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism. Basic computer skills (CRM, Microsoft Office, etc.). Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player. Fluent in English and Malay; ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
